Unicorp, LLC was formed in June, 1987 to act as general contractor and engage in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Unicorp, LLC immediately began multi-family construction. From 1987 to 2006, Unicorp, LLC has enjoyed a strong steady growth and successfully and skillfully completed construction of over 10,000 multi-family housing units. The company's success has been in large part due to the professional management of each project. It is our belief that a quality product can only be produced by close personal attention throughout the construction process.
