J.H. Thames, Jr. - Manager and CEO J.H. "Tommy" Thames, Jr. has been in the business of real estate construction, development, appraising and management in Jackson, Mississippi since 1968. Mr. Thames has developed multi-family residential properties in Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Alabama, Texas and Georgia. Mr. Thames is the CEO of The Park Companies. |

Rodney F. Triplett, Jr. - Manager and President Mr. Triplett has been in the real estate business in Jackson, Mississippi since 1992. He currently holds a Mississippi real estate license and is a member of the Commercial Realtors Association of Mississippi. Mr. Triplett was voted one of Mississippi's Top 40 Businessmen Under 40 for the year of 2002. Mr. Triplett is reponsable for the overseeing of all operations of Park Development and coordinating operations between the Park Companies' management, development and construction divisions. |

Clifton E. Bates - Manager and Director of
Acquisitions In 1999, Cliff Bates joined Park Development as the Director of Acquisitions. He is responsible for locating and acquiring real estate, researching project feasibility, developing information packages for use in applying for tax credits as well as securing construction and permanent financing for all development projects. |

William D. Hardin - Manager of Special Projects Bill Hardin joined Park Development in 2002 as Manager of Special Projects. Mr. Hardin served the City of Jackson, Mississippi, as Zoning Administrator, prior to joining Park Development. He holds a Mississippi real estate license and assists the Development Team in the location and acquisition of real estate.
