Park Management, LLC, formally known as Sunmark, Inc., began operation in September, 1990 and managed forty-four Farmer's Home financed projects and seven conventionally financed projects. In April, 1995, the company was divided and Sunmark, Inc. managed the Farmer's Home financed projects and Park Management, LLC managed the conventionally financed projects. At Park Management we believe that our employees are our most valuable assets. A dedicated professional management and maintenance team is essential for us to be successful.
